Nadia Marie is an Atlanta-based musician who makes lo-fi bedroom pop with a hint of disco. Her performances usually include an 18-piece band with musical arrangements composed by herself. But her CCATL performance is more intimate—a stripped-down living room set with a surreal twist. All songs are written and composed by herself, with piano and trombone played by Ian Klin and Keifer Johnson. Nadia supports CCATL because what’s political is personal.
